“THANK YOUR LUCKY STARS, produced by William Bennett and Steve Albini, was the tenth Whitehouse studio album, it was released by Susan Lawly in 1990 on both single LP and CD formats. The title track ‘Thank Your Lucky Stars’ had previously been released as a 7″ single as the first release on the new Susan Lawly label in 1989. A special edition CD version with bonus tracks was released in 1997, and later a special double vinyl version was released in 2018 also by Susan Lawly. ‘Sadist’ was the B-side to the 7″ vinyl single ‘Thank Your Lucky Stars’ released in August 1988. ‘Still Going Strong’ b/w ‘Ankles & Wrists’ was a 7″ vinyl single released by Susan Lawly in 1991.”
