Merzbow’s “Lowest Music.2” released on his own label in 1982, later reissued on Extreme, and more recently reissued on LP by Urashima. This looks like a more “self released” version, not stamped with Lowest Music & Arts inside J Card and just a plain dark clear cassette which does match other tapes Masami was using at the time. J card does show sings of wear around edges and does have a very small tear on back.
